Moratiwa Crossing

Located in Monsterlus, Limpopo, Moratiwa Crossing was expanded from approximately 12,000 m² to 25,000 m². Completed in 2024, the development provides a larger and more modern retail destination for the surrounding community.

The expansion combines practical retail planning with welcoming public spaces, improved circulation and a strong mix of retail facilities.

Current Project Under Construction

Wright Crossing

We’re excited to introduce Wright Crossing, our latest retail development in Springs, close to KwaThema Township. This modern 8,000 m² shopping centre is designed to provide the local community with a convenient, high-quality shopping experience.

Anchored by Shoprite and Dis-Chem, Wright Crossing will offer a strong mix of national and local retailers. Construction is well underway, with the centre scheduled to open at the end of November 2026.
